The following is a cost example of costs involved in building a full log home
like the Eagle II Deluxe. Every building lot is unique, that's why it’s so hard to
price out a home without hours of estimating. The estimate also varies
depending on how much labor you want to do yourself.
Everyone does something unique to make this model their own. We have added
bonus rooms over the garage, bathrooms, and dormers in the loft. We've made
the two bedrooms on the first floor into one large bedroom. We have also
added laundry rooms, powder rooms, porches, sun rooms, and walkout basements.
You name it, we have probably already done it. Variations of this home have

You will also need to add for well, septic, land, stain labor, landscaping,
appliances and financing costs. Only you will know these costs for your
specific area. Shipping and freight costs are added depending on location.
We are not saying your home will cost exactly this much, but since we are
